Custom Capabilities

Schaefer’s Electrical Enclosures can create the “Custom Enclosure for your Custom Application.” Our standard enclosure styles can be modified to meet your specific needs by submitting a drawing that outlines the custom changes. Specialty drawings that don’t fit our standard enclosure styles may also be submitted for quote. Our flexible manufacturing environment greatly reduces the costs associated with changeovers and small production lots.

Our custom enclosure services include but are not limited to the following:

  • Changes to Height, Width & Depth

  • Changes to material type and thickness

  • Special powder paint colors (Any RAL number and Special Grinds)

  • Various Enclosure Rating Types (Type 1, 12, 4, 4X & 3R)
